Biography
Janeen began her career as an ad copywriter in London, England. She returned to the U.S. and worked for online city guide, Citysearch.com, where she got her start in journalistic writing and editing. She moved into print publishing as assistant editor for Tradeshow Week, which also launched her into travel writing. In 2005, Janeen moved to TravelAge West and has been immersed in the travel industry ever since. Later, she honed her travel expertise and focused on family travel, parenting and lifestyle working for Family Getaways, a subsidiary of TravelAge West and Northstart Travel Media.
